我們一般於星期一至五處理訂單。
確認付款及訂單後,大部份訂單會於 5 個工作天內安排發貨。
We process orders Monday through Friday once they are received.
Typically, all orders will be delivered within 5 business days upon the receipt of payment.

如若碰上節日長假期,請體諒我們或許較平日需要更多時間去處理您的訂單。

付款後,請通知客服相關付款紀錄截圖或其他證明以及訂單號碼供參考核實。
當付款確認後,我們會以 Instagram DM / WhatsApp 通知您確認訂單。

/ 退款及換貨條款 Return & Exchange Policy

本店不設退款。
ALL products purchased are non-refundable.

You can exchange your purchase from our online store (thelifeetc.com)
free of charge once.  


/ About Exchange 換貨安排 /
  1. 只限網店 (thelifeetc.com) 購買及郵寄的客人。
    You can exchange your purchase from our online store (thelifeetc.com) free of charge once.  

  2. 只限於換於商品的其他尺碼或顏色,請確保要換貨的商品保留所有標籤且狀態完好。若尺碼或顏色選項缺貨,您可換同等價值的產品。
    We only accept exchange variants of the same product SKU (i.e. Size and Color).   The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.   In case variants unavailable, you can exchange for product in same value.

  3. 請於貨後起7天內(根據物流單據上之日期)將商品退回。您可以透過順豐 (運費寄付) 寄回或親身帶到門市換貨。若超過7天,恕我們無法處理閣下的退換要求。
    Our policy lasts 7 days.  Your exchange request must be made within 7 days of the date you receive the product (based on the date of receipt on the logistics document).  You can send (delivery fees to be paid by sender) or bring the item you to our store within 7 days for exchange.  If 7 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

  4. 以下商品無法安排換貨:
    We cannot accept returns on the following item(s) 
  • 打折促銷產品 items on sale
  • 個人護理產品 (e.g. 防曬、護膚品) Personal care (e.g. suncreen, skincare products)
  • 內衣褲、泳衣 Innerwear/underwear/swimwear 
  • 量身/ 訂製產品 Personalised item(s) (e.g. altered)

/ About Exchange of Defective Goods 損壞貨品換貨安排 /
  1. 如郵寄收到的產品有損壞、品質有問題或寄貨出錯,請以whatsapp聯絡客服 (6424-2369) 作紀錄,且於7天於以順豐 (運費到付) 寄回或親身帶到門市退換
    We exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.  In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at 6424-2369 with details of the product and the defect.  You can send (delivery fees to be paid by us) or bring the item to our store within 7 days for a replacement product.

  2. 所有退換要求務必於收到產品後 7 天內提出(根據物流單據上之日期)。若超過7天,恕我們無法處理閣下的退換要求。
    Our policy lasts 7 days. Your exchange request must be made within 7 days of the date you receive the product (based on the date of receipt on the logistics document).  If 7 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

  3. 需退換的貨品必需是未曾使用及於原始狀態(例如:產品保持完整、未洗滌或未修改、沒有污漬或沾上化妝品)。貨品亦應該保留原有的完整包裝及標籤牌吊牌,方可合乎條件安排退換。
    Items must be unused and in the original condition (for example, the products are kept intact, unused, unwashed or unaltered, no stains or cosmetics on the products).  The products should also kept with tags, labels and packaging intact.  Returned goods without price tag would not be accepted.
