Exchange or Return 

本店不設退款。所有在門市取貨的貨品，恕不退換
ALL products purchased are non-refundable.  

於網店 (thelifeetc.com) 購買的商品可進行換貨一次，但只限於換該商品的其他尺碼或顏色。
You can exchange your purchase from our online store (thelifeetc.com) once , yet we only accept exchange variants of the same product SKU (i.e. Size and Color).

請於收貨後起7天內（根據物流單據上之日期）提出及將商品退回。您可以透過順豐 (運費寄付) 寄回或親身帶到門市換貨。若超過7天，恕我們無法處理閣下的退換要求。
Our policy lasts 7 days.  Your exchange request must be made within 7 days of the date you receive the product (based on the date of receipt on the logistics document).  You can send or bring the item to our store within 7 days for exchange.  If 7 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

請確保要換貨的商品保留所有標籤且狀態完好。若款式停產或缺貨，您可換同等價值的產品。
The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.   In case out of stock or variants unavailable, you can exchange for product in same value. 

以下商品無法換貨：
(1) 打折促銷產品
(2) 個人護理產品 (e.g. 防曬、護膚品)
(3) 內衣褲、泳衣
(4) 量身/ 訂製產品


We cannot accept returns on the following item(s) 
(1) items on sale
(2) Personal care (e.g. sunscreen, skincare products)
(3) Innerwear/underwear/swimwear due to hygiene reasons
(4) Personalised item(s) (e.g. altered)


Damages 

除非郵寄收到的產品有損壞、品質有問題或寄貨出錯，否則我們恕不接受退換。
如有問題，請以whatsapp聯絡客服 (6424-2369) 作紀錄，且於7天於以順豐 (運費到付) 寄回或親身帶到門市退換
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.  In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at 6424-2369 with details of the product and the defect.  You can send or bring the item you consider defective to our store within 7 days for a replacement product.

所有退換要求務必於收到產品後 7 天內提出（根據物流單據上之日期）。若超過7天，恕我們無法處理閣下的退換要求。

需退換的貨品必需是未曾使用及於原始狀態（例如：產品保持完整、未洗滌或未修改、沒有污漬或沾上化妝品）。貨品亦應該保留原有的完整包裝及標籤牌吊牌，方可合乎條件安排退換。
Items must be unused and in the original condition (for example, the products are kept intact, unused, unwashed or unaltered, no stains or cosmetics on the products).  The products should also kept with tags, labels and packaging intact.  Returned goods without price tag would not be accepted.
